Man of Steel
Watched it in 3D at the Gateway Theater.
So far, my ranking of this summers stand:
- Star Trek: Into Darkness
- Iron Man 3
- Man of Steel

Skype Notifications
We use Skype for our IM needs at work. And I, of course, keep all my devices always logged in – just so that I don’t have to log in every time I move from one device to another.
My frustration is from Skype notifications bombarding ALL of my devices, specially my iPhone, even when I am actively on another device.
When I compare the same issue with my other IM solutions – none of them have this issue.

flickr Extremely Slow
Actually I am being generous when I say “flickr is SLOW” – I have NOT been able to make any updates to my images all morning. Also, I have been trying to upload about 160 images since last nite and am still short of being upload the last 50+. Here is a list of actions I am not able to perform this morning:
- View my own Photostream
- Update Tag on a small batch (of less than 20 images)
- List Calendar View of my images

Iron Man 3
May 4th, Saturday – Watched it at the Gateway Theater in 3D (Regular).

Most of my friends use an iPhone, almost everyone uses a smartphone. But most of them, iPhone and non-iPhone users alike, don’t spend the minimum time / effort to set up their devices properly.

Snowball . . . . .
Life, often or at least sometime, takes a wild spin that you never imagined let alone would have planned. What can you do when that happens? Wait?

Someday . . . .
Not really a Bucket List, but in some ways I guess it is. Anyway, here are things that I’d really like to experience. Since I am not sure how feasible it will be to experience these after I am no longer alive, I guess I’ll need to target a time of some sorts.
Anyway, irrespective of timeline, here is a list:
- Watch the 4 Grand Slam
- At least the finals but hopefully more
- Travel
- Egypt
- Morocco
- Peru
- Paris – not just travel but actually live for 3 months to a year
- Road Trip from New York to London – http://www.cnn.com/2015/03/24/travel/trans-siberian-road/index.html
- Write a Book (or 2 or 3 . . . .)

To be biassed is natural, but it is not acceptable to be blind.

HOW TO RECRUIT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?
Put about 100 bricks in some Particular order in a closed Room with an Open window. Then send 2 or 3 candidates into the room and close the door. Leave them alone and come back After 6 hours and then analyse The situation.
If they:
- Are Counting the Bricks – put them in the Accounts Department
- Are Recounting them – put them in Auditing
- Have messed up the whole place with the bricks – put them in Engineering
- Are arranging the Bricks in some strange order – put them in Planning
- Are throwing the Bricks at each other – put them in Operations
- Are sleeping – put them in Security
- Have broken the bricks Into pieces – put them in Information Technology
- Are sitting idle – Put them in Human Resources
- Say they have tried different combinations, yet not a brick has Been moved – put them in Sales.
- Have already left for the day – Put them in Marketing
- Are staring out of the window – Put them on Strategic Planning
- Are playing cricket with wickets made of bricks – put them in Help Desk
And then last but not least:
If they are talking to each 0ther and not a single brick has been moved – Congratulate them and put them in Top Management.
