My Journey as an Immigrant
Like so many I started my “immigrant” journey many years ago. Mine has by no means been any more difficult than any, or most, other’s. But it has not been easy either. But this writing really isn’t about the difficulty / hardship but more a reflection on the expectation – what was I expecting and what did I actually experience.

Re-watching Northern Exposure
I have been re-watching Northern Exposure, among many other old series, and it has been simply a pleasure. I was a fan of the series when I first watched it back in amy school days but I don’t think I enjoyed it as much back then as I do now. It is very possible I forgot just how much I enjoyed it back then.

Solar Eclipse 2024
I happen to be “lucky” to be living in the path of a Total Solar Eclipse happening in a few days. The last time a Solar Eclipse happened in an area that I happened to be at was 1980 in Bangladesh.
