A Vegetarian Day
The Guac ‘n Roll Food truck came by our office during lunch. After that I just thought, why not try to make it a “Vegetarian Day” today.
- Breakfast – English Muffin with Orange Marmalade
- Lunch – Tamale with Guac
- Dinner – Bi Bim Bop (Hunan Riverplace)

The day started mostly as usual. Was listening to NPR / KUT on my way to work and was listening to “Family Secret And Cultural Identity Revealed In ‘Little White Lie'”.
Later, still early in the morning, saw this cartoon that eventually led me to http://greymadder.net/ (which I am now following).
