Rain, it is Finally Raining!!!!
After 30+ days w/o rain and about as many over 100o weather we finally got some rain just after 2 in the afternoon. It lasted for about 40~50min and the temp dropped 20o.
It is really nice ;o)

“Hot” Weekend ;o)
We have the Central Market “Hatch Chili Festival” and also the Austin Chronicle “Hot Sauce Festival” happening this weekend.

Roman Holiday
I’m fairly certain it was a big mistake to watch “Roman Holiday” again. I saw this last sometime around ’80. My memory of it was quite different (which I was expecting).

Rented the DVD from Blockbuster and saw it Thursday evening.

iPod + [super] PDA + Cell Phone
Now that we’ve got both the:
I cannot help but want to have a single device that combines both of these (and also cell / mobile phone1).
You see, the iPod is great because I can store, and play,
- Music
- Pictures
- Video
And the storage is large enough that I can put quite a bit (not nearly as much as I’d like to) and carry it around. But I cannot use this device to “communicate” (e-mail, browse the web, IM, chat etc) with my family, friends and co-workers.
That’s where the new Palm TX comes in.
Unfortunately, the RX does not have nearly enough storage :o( The LifeDrive is slightly better, but only slight.
